The conference will be attended by numerous lawyers who are experts in foreign investment, M&A transactions and business law. From a local perspective and jurisdiction, it will deal with many key issues in business transations, as well as new challenges and tendencies in global transactions and investment projects. Representatives from Germany, Austria, France, Sweden, Norway and Dubai will participate in the event, along with participants from other jurisdictions such as China and Brazil.
