In June 2017, the EU Council established its position with reference to the directive proposed to set down rules for contracts between companies and consumers for the supply of digital content.
The three-way conversations shall begin following the vote on the report in the European Parliament, scheduled for 21 November. This conference, to be attended by Sönke Lund, will provide a platform to debate central aspects of this controversial proposal at a decisive moment in the legislative process.
