Alberto has been a practising lawyer since 2011, specialising in real estate and contract law.
He has been counselling clients from the real estate, hotel and food industry as well as industrial clients for more than ten years. He specialises in contracting and legal advice in civil law proceedings in relation with real estate transactions, sale and purchase of goods, distribution contracts, supply and insurance contracts, as well as engineering and works contracts. Furthermore, he advises in proceedings regarding construction defects, claims to protect property, ownership and possession, as well as in rem rights and guarantees.
He is a member of the Bar Association of Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
He graduated in law from the Universidad Complutense in Madrid in 2006, spent his Erasmus-exchange year at the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin and studied intensely for four years for judgeship access.
