Mariana specialises in commercial and corporate law as well as M&A.

She has been a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (Argentina) since 2016.

Mariana studied law and at the Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina and at the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja in Spain. She holds a master’s degree in international legal practice from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía (ISDE), where she is currently also taking a master’s in legal practice.

Mariana speaks Spanish, English and German.
