Since 2003, Mónica Regaño is a practicing lawyer, specialising in real estate law, sale and purchase transactions and leases, inheritance and contentious proceedings.

She belongs to the Bar Association of Madrid (ICAM), Rechtsanwaltskammer Karlsruhe, the Austrian-Hispanic Association of Jurists (AHAUJ), the German association Frauen in der Immobilienwirtschaft e.V. and the Management Board of the association Women in Real Estate Spain (WIRES).

She is a Graduate in Law from the University of Heidelberg.

She speaks Spanish, German and English.
