Tânia Pinheiro manages our Lisbon office.

She advises corporate and private clients on Portuguese and international tax law and real estate law, specialising in the negotiation of international contracts and M&A transactions. Furthermore, she advises on cross-border inheritance matters and acts as executor in successions by will.

She is a member of Bar Association of Portugal.

She studied law at the Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa and completed a post-graduate course on tax law.

Tânia has published several articles on real estate investments and financing as well as the Portuguese real estate market.

She speaks Portuguese, English and German.
