Madrid, 19 February 2025 – Monereo Meyer Abogados announces the incorporation of associate Adrián Parada Kügler to its Corporate and M&A team in the Barcelona office, enhancing the firm’s advisory services in cross-border corporate matters. This announcement comes as the firm celebrates 35 years of excellence in the legal industry.

Adrián Parada Kügler studied law in the German-Spanish dual degree program of the Universidad Pablo de Olavide in Sevilla, Spain, and the Universität Bayreuth, Germany. He took a master’s in legal practice at the Universidad de Vigo. Nadja Vietz, partner in charge of the Corporate and M&A team at Monereo Meyer Abogados and head of the Barcelona office, comments: “We are very happy with the incorporation of Adrián because he reinforces the Barcelona team with his experience and intercultural background combined with his training in Spanish and German law. His incorporation responds to the needs of the clients of our German Desk, who seek tailored advice on their cross-border transactions in their mother tongue. Hence, his experience and expertise make Adrián the perfect fit for our firm.”

With this incorporation, Monereo Meyer Abogados reinforces its commitment to quality legal services adapted to an international context, consolidating its position as leading firm for advising German-speaking companies with business interests in Spain.
