The new General Accounting Plan, which is to go into effect on January 1, 2008, will apply to the fiscal years which commence after January 1, 2008 and to all companies, regardless of their legal classification (individual or company) without prejudice to those companies that already adhere to the General Accounting Plan for Small and Medium-sized Businesses.
